Intex Pool Pump Impeller (SA3766)

This is a replacement impeller specifically designed for Intex pool filter pumps with model SA3766, also known as Aqua-Leisure. I created this replacement using PETG printing material, which may offer better durability compared to PLA. Since PLA can be prone to degradation over time in the pump environment. I've included the G-code file required to print this impeller on an Ender 3 Pro. To ensure accurate dimensions, it's essential to print the outer walls first. Additionally, you might need to adjust your printer's horizontal expansion setting to achieve a proper fit, depending on your specific machine. Assembly Instructions: Firstly, print both parts according to the G-code file provided. Then, place the main piece inside the permanent magnet and insert the bottom piece underneath it, as illustrated in the attached images. Afterward, slide the assembled impeller onto the metal shaft of the pump and carefully reinsert it into its original position.
