Intertronic Headphone Repair

Hi, This a sleeve / repair part for a Intertronic (or other brands) headphone. The original phone had a 1 mm plastic ridge which broke easily. Ok , I sat on it... but it is really very thin. The headphone "arm/bow" will get thicker but because the speaker is protruding, the part will not touch your head. The adjustment mechanism is still functional. On the printer bed I placed it vertically to have a strong part in diameter (printed circles. Then I pushed/glued it over the original parts on both sides. Be careful with glue, because it might block the headphone's adjustment mechanism. It is not necessary to remove something from the original headphone. I printed two pieces to have a symmetrical design. Because I took a color I like, the headphone looks now way cooler. You may need to make some dimensional adjustments depending on your printer settings, so it fits snugly on a specific headphone. Printing: - Print it vertically. - Print one piece at once (I believe this gives better bonding, maybe). - Choose the color you like
