I created this 3d model for my final project in class, where we were tasked with designing heavy machinery. After scouring online concept art, I decided to bring this excavator to life - if anyone knows the original artist behind it, please let me know and I'll make sure to give them credit. Next up, I'm looking forward to adding textures and a simple animation to really bring it to life. Once I've completed those steps, you can expect to see the final, textured model and its animated counterpart. The entire process was done in Maya using my student license.
