internal thread samples - m2, m3, - created in Fusion360 - offset thread surfaces for better fit.I offset the 3 thread surfaces by -0.05mm which allows a much better fit for me with standard screws. The .3mf files can be open in PrusaSlicer - These were made with 0.20 layer height in ‘clear’ PETG.
