I'm currently working on a Protomen cosplay build and need to create an arm-cannon with a functional pistol grip. To accomplish this, I've chosen a 4-inch PVC T-junction pipe as the base for my arm-cannon. However, I require a grip that can house multiple trigger buttons and fit snugly inside the pipe, considering it will be encased within the cannon. I designed this grip to fit flush with the top of a 4-inch pipe, ensuring seamless integration into my cosplay piece. The grip features four bolt holes for secure attachment to the pipe via drilling through the pipe itself. The holes in the grip are tailored for round buttons or switches with 16mm threads, and a channel at the bottom allows for wire management. The roof of the grip is a sturdy 7mm thick and should provide adequate support as long as my cosplay piece isn't excessively heavy. To ensure a snug fit within the pipe, I shaped the roof to conform to the inside dimensions of a standard 4-inch pipe. If drilling holes in the pipe isn't desired, the grip can be glued directly onto the pipe for a more permanent solution.
