The EPLC2-DNS-400W-IPC from Larson Electronics is an internal photocell dusk-to-dawn sensor that automatically operates lights when ambient light levels drop below a certain point. Ideal for walkways, bridges, security lighting, industrial platforms, and hazardous locations, this 400-watt rated day/night sensor can be mounted internally within LED light fixtures for field installation. Available in 120V, 208-240V, and 277V configurations, it features a 10-second time delay to prevent accidental tripping of the lights. The photocell turns luminaries on when ambient light drops below 3 foot-candles and off at 8 foot-candles. Its lens is rated for Class I Division 2 Groups A, B, C & D hazardous areas; however, the rest of the unit must be installed within a rated light, box, or enclosure to be fully explosion proof in those locations.
