This model has undergone functional testing using (.stl) parts. The outer diameter of each pump housing is 37mm or less, similar to some men's arm ribbon watches. A custom drive adaptation can be made for your specific application. The clutch bolt is designed as a removable and replaceable component without disassembling the "Internal Gear Pump" assembly. The clutch sleeve secures axial fixation of the clutch bolt. Attach a drive to the lower pump housing flange with four additional screws (not shown). A proposed clutch sleeve design is included in the model. For professional use, consider these materials for non-commercially available products/parts: POM gear wheels, PBT GF30 housings, and brass or stainless steel clutch bolts. Designer's note: The sealing ring for the clutch bolt is a dummy part, and the upper pump housing screw threads are not modeled. The model is available in these formats: STEP file (.stp) for complete assembly, and native files (.prt) and (.asm) together in a (.zip) folder, suitable for PTC Creo Parametric 2.0 users.
