This project is crucial for my website, focusing on crafting an internal end cap for a 5-inch tapered pipe as part of the "Preparing for buoyancy test" phase with six strategically placed bolt holes. The design requires this internal component to seamlessly slope into the surrounding pipe, ensuring watertight seal and secure positioning of equipment within. To replicate the lower section of this piece, simply halt printing when the top segment commences, thus effectively halting at the required point. Designed specifically for use with the Flexible Cap (ID: 5.5632, Length: 6.07 inches) from Amazon, accessed through http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0078RT7KW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. In developing this component, I employed the 'The Hillman Group 4-Count #8 Zinc-Plated Standard (SAE) Nylon Insert Lock Nuts,' despite them being slightly undersized, which ultimately proved successful. In conjunction with these nuts, I also utilized the 'Steelworks 0.164-in x 36-in Standard (SAE) Threaded Rod.'
