Internal Clearance Tolerance Test 0.2 mm - 0.6 mm

Inspired by Maker's Muse's version 2 of the tolerance test, six distinct clearances are tested: 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.35 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, and 0.6 mm. The knobs that move freely as soon as the print is detached from the bed serve as indicators of suitable internal clearance values for your designs. On my printer, 0.4 mm was the smallest clearance that moved freely without force. However, I could free up 0.35 mm and 0.3 mm with gentle effort after the print was completed, making these clearances suitable for external or accessible parts of a moving print-in-place model. Maker's Muse has a wealth of informative videos on YouTube to help you fine-tune your 3D printer if your results are not satisfactory. Good luck with your printing endeavors! A Sketchup file is included for your convenience. Feel free to download and edit it as needed.
