I have finally found the internal seatpost cable routing grommet I've been searching for, so here's my take. It is perfect for use with 4 mm cable width. Standard jagwire L3 cable housing actually measures 4.15 mm, which means the hole diameter in this design should be 4.6 mm. I've tried to keep the insert hole dimensions as small as possible for drilling. My first iteration was too short and caused undesirable tension in the housing. I added another 5 mm to the length and the bottom hole is now offset to account for frame material width. The dimensions are width 6 mm, length 25 mm, and cable angle 17°.
