I've been searching for the perfect internal seatpost cable routing grommet for far too long, so here's my take. It shines when used in conjunction with 4 mm cable width. The standard jagwire L3 cable housing actually measures 4.15 mm, making the hole diameter in this design a precise 4.6 mm. I've carefully kept the insert hole dimensions for drilling to an absolute minimum - width 5.9 mm, length 20.7 mm, and a gentle cable angle of 16°.
