This low-speed intermittent mechanism features a locking system, where the input shaft moves a cam and an eccentric axle that controls the rack. A follower, attached to a lever, guides the cam to operate an actuator which locks/unlocks the output and engages/disengages the rack. The model was designed in Solidworks 2015, rendered with Simlab Composer 6 Mechanical Edition, and edited for video using Virtualdub, MyMP4BoxGui, and IrfanView. It is available in multiple file formats including Solidworks 2015, DAE, STEP, IGES, STL, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, and 3DS.
