An easy method to create periodic motion has been implemented in various models such as the Intermittent Mutilated Gear Mechanism, Indexer with intermittent gear and geneva, and Mechanical Odometer. The model was designed using Solidworks 2016 and rendered with Simlab Composer 7 Mechanical Edition. Frames were edited with Virtualdub, saved as AVI/X264 and BMP formats. MyMP4BoxGui was used to remux the video into MP4 format, while PhotoScape was utilized to create GIFs. IrfanView was employed for editing renders. The model is available in several formats including Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 7, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, FBX, and DWF.
