Key responsibilities include conducting analysis on customer data to create segmentation and develop fraud rules/strategies, monitoring existing strategies for effectiveness, providing ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making at the senior executive level, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as other FG&FMG teams, Retail Risk Management, product groups, and external vendors. The successful candidate should possess a university degree in a numerate discipline, proficiency with data extraction/mining tools like SAS and SQL, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
