Interlocking Staggered Loom Band Looms

Interlocking Staggered Loom Band Looms

My kid kept asking me to do this for her. Unfortunately, length adjustable looms weren't an option on thingiverse. But fortunately, the model that's available lets you customize both height and width, making it pretty versatile. You can see what 4 fitted together look like from the attached picture. What I'm sharing is just a couple different staggered parts, split out into two files. If this doesn't do what you had in mind, go make your own version on thingiverse! Just search for: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:423540 - happy modeling! Instructions I went with a 0.3 mm layer height and filled it at about 30%. Printing it took 5 hours on my Metric Mendel Prusa RepRap with its trusty LM8UU bearings, which I got from when this thing was barely 2 years old. What really stood out to me during print time is the chamfered base. So that lowermost layer creeps won't require scraping afterwards (and no scrape ever occurred since daughter's been handling).
