Interlocking puzzle
thingiverse
I designed this puzzle as a tribute to [this product](https://www.seriouspuzzles.com/dirty-dozen-metal-interlocking-puzzle-by-puzzle-master/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf) which sold out due to a Reddit user's enthusiastic recommendation. The original metal version is an excellent purchase, so grab one if you can get your hands on it. To build this puzzle, print 12 copies of the model and figure out how to assemble them - I haven't got that far yet. You'll find my FreeCAD source file included below. The model's parametric design allows you to adjust settings for total size, tolerances, and fillet radii. If you notice a loose fit between parts, consider tightening up the tolerances. You won't need to edit the sketch itself; just tweak the "param" spreadsheet instead.
With this file you will be able to print Interlocking puzzle with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Interlocking puzzle.
