Interlocking Knob Mechanism for rotating potentiometer
prusaprinters
I've crafted a knob suitable for thick panels, like those made of wood. A dial, requiring a precise 12mm diameter hole, complements the knob, featuring a sleek round line with '+' and '-' symbols for intuitive rotation guidance. Additionally, I've designed a rectangular potentiometer bracket with two countersunk screw holes for secure mounting. This bracket accommodates the potentiometer's locking nut and includes four utility holes for a non-rotation tab, if present. The dial's symbols are dual-color printed (M600 command), but painting is an alternative if this function is not available
