Interlocking Case for Power Supply Units (PSU). DPS Series by Ruideng: A Customized Solution. I used the DPS 5020 with Bluetooth (BL) tooth and USB, as well as the DPS 3005 with a toroidal transformer, to create a reliable power supply system. For this setup, I opted for a 48-volt, 15-amp unit. By interlocking the cases, you can assemble one compact unit. To connect the DPS units featuring BL tooth and USB, I employed a micro switch. Simply flip the power (5-volt) red wire on the unit, and you're ready to go. A small schematic is provided for reference. If you require a customized layout for the front panel, back plate, or housing, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help. To assemble the interlocking case, use M3-treated wire and nuts. This treated wire not only adds strength to the case but also ensures everything stays securely in place.
