Interlocking Drawer Storage Bins

Update 2020-12-16 Added 2 storage options for ER20 collets. 1 allows storing collets in their case, The other stores them installed in the nut. I always have extra nuts on hand for quicker changes. Update 2020-07-09 Added 2 and 3 bin versions without a label bar. I never used the label area, so I removed it and loaded new versions. Update 2020-06-27 Added a 4 bin double height drawer organizer. Also added a 4 bin version with no labels. Original post: I designed a locking tray system for organizing my CNC router bit storage. I like to keep brand new bits in their original plastic container. These trays help me sort them without sliding around the drawer. I added random bins of different shapes for extra flexibility. A window on top is there for adding labels if needed. I may revise this design if I don't end up using labels. I might also create 2x height elongated bins for wrenches and other tools.
