Interlocking 88mm 1/6 wall for Dehydrator Tray Extension for Commercial Chef CCD100W6

I have the Commercial Chef CCD100W6 and I love this tray-extension design... except for the way the panels attach to each other. A lot of makes used tape or glue to hold together. I was hoping for something a bit more stable by design. I got inspiration from this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3027142 I dropped the 88mm (version1) STL into tinker cad and made a few changes. Some of my modifications are a little kludgy but it works well enough. This version has puzzle-piece interlocks the length of the sides so the panels slide together vertically. The panels are solidly attached for almost their entire height so there's no flopping around. The hole is .2mm larger than the pin. With expansion and printing imperfections, this seems to be the perfect amount of wiggle room. It holds together very well but can be separated without breaking. So far it has worked better than I expected. I'm printing the last sections now. I imagine if I hit the seams with a head gun they will be come permanently attached. I may use this technique for making other large parts. UPDATE: New version of STL (B) has been added with a few minor fixes and one major one. The original had the interlocking sections all the way to the top... which didn't leave clearance for trays or the lid. There's now 10mm of clearance at the top, which is just right for stacking with the standard trays. ANOTHER UPDATE: Please try printing the the Lock Test model first. I've noticed a pretty big change in tightness just by changing filament brand. Slicer settings will have a huge impact on how snug they fit together. Run a test print (or twelve) so you know the panels will mesh to your liking before you commit to printing six panels.
