Interlocking #3
thingiverse
This is one of my interlocking puzzles created by computer, utilizing a simple genetic algorithm. This is a 5x5x5 cube with three distinct pieces. According to burrtools, it requires 13 moves to disassemble the first piece and 9 more for the second. The puzzle pieces were designed using PuzzleCAD by ASiegel. Each piece consists of three separate sub-pieces (one file per sub-piece). You might need to generate some support for the female connectors; in my case, they are relatively easy to remove.
