This is an Interference Tester. The primary sample features a square aperture measuring 10mm by 10mm and a cylindrical hole with a diameter of 10mm. Various parts are designed to fit within these apertures, each with distinct dimensions. By printing and attempting to insert these components, you can establish an optimal tolerance for interference fits. A ready-to-print FDM file is provided, along with an SLA file featuring integrated supports.
