Intercom Pocket
thingiverse
Update: I've successfully installed the pocket in my plane this morning, and I'm now sharing some photos. For those of us who have installed an intercom system in our aircraft, we've all encountered a common problem - there are no suitable mounting facilities for the unit. This is particularly relevant to me, as I use a 2-place setup in one of my planes. I got fed up with the Velcro coming loose, so I decided to look for a more reliable solution. The model I'm using is similar to this one at Aircraft Spruce: https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/avpages/pa200IK.php I'll be uploading photos of the installation as soon as it's complete. Print Settings Printer: Dup I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 35% Notes: I exclusively use PETG, which has become my go-to material. While it can be a bit finicky to work with, the end result is incredibly strong.
