I designed a mini RC quadcopter 150mm class. This was my initial effort to create an authentic mini FPV Mini-Quad. Multiple crashes prompted several refinements of the baseframe design. Its takeoff weight, including the lipo battery, is only 300 grams. The components I used were: Motor: DYS 1306 with a speed rating of 3100 kv Power system: A 5-volt to 12-volt BEC output power distribution board Flight control unit: Flip32 Speed controller: BLHeli model rated at 20 amperes OSD module: Micro MinimOSD Camera: One with a resolution of 600 tvl Video transmission equipment: TS5823 at 5.8 gigahertz frequency Propeller: Either Gemfan 3030 2-blade or 3045 3-blade type Radio receiver: FrSky D4R-II model Battery: A 1000 milliampere lithium polymer battery with a 3s rating and a minimum discharge rate of 40 coulombs per ampere hour. A xt60 connector was bonded into the frame in the rear. To assemble, use M3 nylon fasteners, including bolts, nuts and spacers. Update dated May 31st, 2016: The landing pads have been added to the design, thereby allowing users to safely land their aircraft without touching the lipo battery. Print settings: Printer manufacturer: RepRap Model name of printer used: Prusa I3 Rafts were not included in this design. Sacrificial supports also are unnecessary in this project.
