This is a replacement part for the Intercept MW6278 Ni-Cd/Ni-MH Battery Charger. This model has a push button latch to release the lid, which opens slowly to reveal the batteries inside. However, the latch mechanism snapped, meaning that the lid was always open as it's spring loaded. That was really annoying, so I made this replacement for the broken part.This is a direct replacement for the original and you will need to refit it with the original spring.
