Intel Socket 1151 115(x) backplate
thingiverse
I inherited a custom waterloop PC that has a cpu block attached. I was surprised to see that no backplate was attached. I was also surprised to discover I couldn't already find one that had been previously designed online. So I made one myself, quickly, in Fusion 360. It's not perfect. But it works in distributing the weight. Screw holes are diameter 4.1mm. I printed in ABS to withstand the heat. No solder joints are being touched on my MSI Gaming M5 Z370 board. XSPC Raystorm waterblock works nicely. This would likely also work for a custom Cooler Master 212 EVO install. But not tested.
