Intel NUC Server Mount
thingiverse
Created this system to rackmount my Nucs into my full size server rack. Uses 20mm Aluminum extrusion to hold the nucs, this design is based off the bytespeed nuc that have vesa mount screws on the back, Link to intels page on the nuc below. Included a nice little hook that you can hang the power cord off of, or velcro cables onto. This mechanism may be redesigned later, however, most likely not going to be reworking it often or much, feel free to steal the file and manipulate it as you see fit. Ill upload photos when I've got the entire thing assembled. Intel NUC used: https://bytespeed.com/product/bytespeed-performance-nuc-pah/ 2020 Extrusion: https://a.co/d/89aOOiE T-Nuts: https://a.co/d/cgjgtEa Ended up not using the T-nuts on the ears, they REALLY hold onto the 2020 rails. but the holes are still modelled into them incase you have more slack in that fit. I currently only have 3 nucs in here, but im planning on getting more. Should fit up to 7 with the current design. PS. Im thinking I may remodel these, so that the nucs can slide in and out, so you dont have to take the whole thing out of the rack to get access to them. also, not sure how useful the cable hooks on the back really are. Happy Printing!
