Intel NUC Pole mount

<p>I needed to mount a NUC to the pole that supports my monitor, but could not slide the mount over the top of the pole like the other designs that I see on thingiverse.</p> <p>I wasn't sure if i would want vertical or horizontal mounting so i made the pole clamp relatively easy to keep separate from the bracket that supports the NUC. A vertical orientation ended up working well for my needs, but the dovetail joint interface between the clamp and the bracket should be very easy to work into other NUC supporting orientations.</p> <p>To make that easier, I've included the fusion360 archive that my design is based off of. STL files are embedded in the 3mf file. Same thing for the pole diameter. Mine appears to be very common among simple monitor/desk stands, but should your application differ, you can easily adjust the diameter of the clamp.</p> <p>The screw holes / washers are sized for m3 screws. Any length should work, but 8mm is fine for securing to the NUC and tightening the clamp.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>No supports should be needed. The ideal print orientation is included in one of the attached photos.</p> <p>The parts don't have a lot of volume so the infill does not really matter much. It's far more important that the layers adhere properly so make sure your printing speed is appropriate and that you're not using a fragile material.</p> <p>I used cheap PETG in black with about 20% of plain "square" infill.</p>
