This is the Ivybridge Version of my simple delid tool. The Beta Edition is available here. There are two Ivybridge Heatspreader versions in the works, this one is based on the "round" spreader found in the I3-3220. The -K CPUs require a different spreader with sharp corners, so it would be fantastic if someone with this CPU could test it and provide feedback. To use this tool effectively, follow these steps: Print both parts carefully. Secure some sort of rubber or foam to the inner bottom of the base for added support. Insert the CPU into the CPU-holder with the long PCB part facing over the end of the tray. Then place it in your vice and close it slowly but firmly. For optimal strength, print at least three perimeters and 30% infill. Use this tool at your own risk! It's only suitable for CPUs that are glued and have thermal paste applied; do not attempt to use it with soldered CPU's. Support my work by donating here: paypal.me/chriyoumagine
