This integrating sphere is 60mm in diameter and set up for three LEDs (nominal 5mm in diameter, 8.6mm long). Overall size is 80x80x100mm, with a 27mm aperture. The last two photos show nonuniformity from the LED patterns. Normal to the aperture it's not too bad. This is with white PLA used for the sphere and no paint or coating applied. It’s battery powered so voltage and brightness will change over time, but you can add a regulated output AA to 3.3 or 5v power supply to make the brightness much more constant over the battery lifetime and size the resistances appropriately for desired illumination such as: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TJTGPJC The housing has a 1/4-20 screw thread on the face opposite the switch to mount it on a stand if desired. I used 29x12mm and 12x12mm battery contacts (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YXPW5S8) and one of these pushbuttons for on/off: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075VBV4QH Hot glue was used to glue the LEDs into position in the sphere, secure the leads to the sphere, and anchor the sphere to the body half of the outer housing. The rounded square ring acts as a light baffle. Screws are all M3x16 socket head cap screws. 7 total. With the LEDs I’m using (Lumex SSL-LX5093SRC/F), it pulls a total of 45mA with 67ohm current limit resistors on a nominal 3V, so a pair of AA batteries (2.85Ah) should last 50 hours or so depending on allowable intensity. Add the 3.3V regulator circuit and the cells should do that at mostly constant brightness, give or take. I printed with the outside surfaces up on the cap and nose pieces for best finish. The cap used a lot of support, though. Added a small plate next to the switch mount to attach a regulator circuit if desired.
