Integrated Power Supply Case for SKR Pro v1.1, Raspberry Pi, TFT35 V3.0
thingiverse
Human: a fusion of a JediRAMA's SKR 1.3 case that integrates seamlessly with the power supply. The power supply is a standard 24V 15A unit commonly used on Creality Ender3 printers. I upgraded to an SKR Pro v1.1 and needed additional space, so I decided to add more features while still keeping mounts for an SKR V1.3 or V1.4. It utilizes the power supply lid as a top panel and positions the fan directly onto the driver chips. This fan is connected to the controller, and another smaller fan in the bottom is linked to the power supply. Additional mounts have been installed for components like buck/boost converters, relay boards, and a PWM driven AC power board for my router. The back switch cuts off AC power to the supply, while the front switch disconnects power to the motors. A Raspberry Pi runs on a buck converter that converts 24V power supply to 5.2V. I will post more pictures and links to parts shortly. 2020-07-06: I added a simple duct design for the top fan to blow directly across the stepper driver heat sinks. This design isn't ideal due to potential stagnation zones, but it works better than nothing. 2020-07-08: I created a new fan duct that functions much more effectively and evenly disperses air across each of the drivers.
