Without any modification on the stock machine (neither mecanical nor firmware), this integrated enclosure can provide a chamber temperature up to 45°C to limit warping and enhance layer adhesion while printing more technical materials as ASA, ABS, PC… . Temperature rise is quick due to the small volume of the chamber.By design, all electronics is out of the chamber (PSU, control board) to keep it cool. The front and rear housings are removable easily (without tool), as well as the small top hood, which is there to controle the temperature and fades out automatically during the Z réf procedure. All the base parts and frame profiles are 3d printed (see assembly doc “BM_BOX_construction”):10x 3mm transparent acrylic panels are required to form the walls and serves as structural components also (see detailed list in attachment)Doors isolation brushes are used to “seal” the openings around the moving axis. (20mm brush height is a minimum, on the photos I used 15mm but there is still some gaps). Some transparent glue is needed in de grooves of the profiles to guaranty a good longevity of the structure, in complement of the fitting between the profiles and the plates.Mine is made from prusament PETG but other materials could work as well ( only PLA is not suited ).To set all the base, you will need only 4x M4x30 screws with round heads (Allen screws)Keep in mind:The start Gcode in the slicer has to be modified when the chamber is used (see attachments)The axis réf. cycle / Mesh bed leveling has to be started with the front housing removed! The print area is limited in X→175mm and Z→210mmI have only tested it on a i3 mk3.5. other variations should be compatible: mk3.9, mk4. Not compatible with the other variances. If you still have the spoolholder mounted on the machine, you will have to forsee cutouts in the top rear panel and the moving top hood. Or I suggest to mount the spoolholder on a wall if possible. This is Version 2, a lot of improvements can certainly be done, feel free to leave a comment, make your own variation and share with the community! https://forum.prusa3d.com/post-657351
