Integrated BMG E3d v6 linear mount

Integrated BMG E3d v6 linear mount

This is a custom designed printhead for my linear Ender 3 printer that should also fit other similar models. I couldn't find an existing solution that met my requirements, so I decided to build it myself. The design has been tested with some success and appears to be sturdy enough to withstand heavy use. It features an integrated BMG extruder and a E3D v6 mount for mounting the hotend. A 40x40 fan is used to cool the heatsink, while a 5015 blower fan provides additional cooling through a Prusa fan shroud. The gears and other components used in the design were sourced from a Trianglelabs clone that I previously used with "The Tank" by Greg191134, which provided valuable inspiration. This design is intended to be modular, but this initial version has been optimized for use on my Ender 3 printer. The belt mount is designed specifically for this model, but its separate construction makes it easy to modify for other printers. It can accommodate rails up to 27 mm wide with a 20x20mm hole spacing. This design uses M3 screws throughout. I will provide detailed instructions and specifications as soon as possible, including the correct screw lengths. The BL Touch offset is set at 25 mm to the left and 5 mm in front of the nozzle. Updates: 2020-01-18: I have updated some STL files with slightly larger tolerances to reduce post-processing requirements. 2020-02-11: I modified the belt mount to accommodate the stock belt from the Ender 3, as the original design was too tight. 2020-04-17: I uploaded the STEP file for further review and customization.
