This holds 30cc to 50cc syringes and the tall narrow (Lantus) insulin vial of insulin. Its dimensions are approx 52.6 mm x 87.5 mm x 76 mm (rounded up), but you can increase its size by approximately 14.29% to have it work for a regular sized (Humalog/Novolog) insulin vial instead.
