I created these holders specifically to carry my insulin pen and needles on long road trips. Each compartment is designed to hold a pen or a maximum of 8 needles. To fit 8 needles in one holder, simply stack them alternately with the tips facing up and down. I've made three different sizes - double, triple, and quadruple - so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
