Its just another support for an insulin pen and corresponding needles. There are two formats of different heights, 50mm and 100mm, otherwise they are identical (the base is 44mm x 22mm). The hole for the pen has a diameter of 17mm, while the slot for the needles is 18mm long on the wider end. Can be printed with PLA without the need of any structural supports.
