Insulin case with carb counter "extrude" files should be printed with a nozzle less that 0.4 "Indent" files will work with a 0.4 nozzle the "camphor" design is for having the pen tops facing outward the "tighter" designs are 0.2mm tighter for the number bars to slip into there's a simple push top that just... erm... pushes in the top and a top with a catch that you use the needle protector from your insulin as the hinge pin. all files should be printed with no support material. if you can pause your printer, you can make the top part of the numbers bars a different colour to get more contrast.
