I loved the original design by Steve Thone (sthrone), which seamlessly fits the Lantus 10mL vials. I enhanced it by adding windows that allow me to see how much liquid is left in the vial without having to take it out of its holder, and also included an opening in the cap so insulin can be drawn out without needing to remove the vial from its container.
