Insulin Dose reminder

Many people with diabetes often forget whether they've taken their daily dose of long acting insulin, and I'm no exception. To avoid this problem, I created a simple reminder system. You simply fill the device on Sundays with pen tips, then discard them after use. If the day's pen tip remains in place when you come to remove it the following day, that tells you haven't taken your daily dose yet. The device was designed to fit Lantus Solstar prefilled pens perfectly, but it should work with any pen roughly 16mm in diameter and no longer than 172mm.
