To rectify my acrylic insulator retainer issue, I discovered a printable replacement online at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1004. This non-round version appears suitable; however, I suggest increasing fill rate to 0.5 for added strength and including two extra shells per layer for improved hole durability. After printing, drill the M3 bolt holes with a 3mm drill for smoother installation. As this part commonly fails on extruders, print extras for yourself and friends to avoid future inconvenience.
