Edit: an easier version with 6 sections https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4931033 I printed this with .4mm nozzle, .3mm layer, 3 walls shell, 1% infill, then use spray foam from hardware store to fill up the internal gaps (use a small drill to make holes on the bottom of frame). Wall is 30mm thick, once filled with foam should give a higher R values insulation. Latex paint on the outside to protect PLA from elements. Printed at each section or printed all at once which will take 4days (roughly 24hrs each piece) You might have to use a file to thin down the edges on the T connector for it to slide in the slot easier.
