We required some durable replacement knobs at work for our VGA A/B switches in conference rooms, as the original knobs had broken long ago. I decided to create a knob that would never break again. This is the result. A multitude of comments surrounds the parameters at the top of the SCAD file. You should be able to modify this design to fit any specific situation you need. The setscrew feature is selectable on/off. Simply set "testprint" to 1 to generate a small circle with the shaft hole in it, allowing you to print and test its fit before investing time into printing the entire knob.
