Institute Laser Rifle Fallout 4
pinshape
This is a model of the Institute Rifle from Fallout 4, broken down into simpler components to facilitate printing: Front, Receiver, Stock. The receiver comes in two distinct versions - one with a cap that prints easily due to its closed mesh design, while the other without the cap might encounter issues (mesh not completely closed) but offers a cooler look (reveals some internal cables). Have Fun. UPDATE 12/17/2015 There's a difference between part '006a 2 OPEN' and '006a 2 CLOSED', with only one needed for assembly. The 'OPEN' part has two exposed areas within the body, which can be covered by clear plastic to add lighting effects or electronics to control sound and light effects. In contrast, the 'CLOSED' part simply covers these holes. UPDATE 12/10/2015 The model was split into multiple parts, with connectors added for easy assembly. The Power Cell model is designed to fit a standard 9V battery (until scaled down below 80%), allowing users to make the trigger functional for sound and/or light effects.
