Instax Wide insert for 4x5 sheet film holder

Adapter to load Instax Wide film into a standard 4x5 double dark slide film holder. The easiest way to do this is to skip the DIY and buy a [LomoGraflok](https://shop.lomography.com/en/lomo-graflok-instant-back?country=us). There is [another design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4784886) that does the same thing. This adapter can be put into the film holder exactly like a sheet of film, it is flexible enough to bend and the edges fit under the rails that hold the film. In a dark bag, take the cartridge out of the camera, push a sheet out of the cartridge, and slide it under the clips of the adapter. Beware that the film is very sensitive (ISO 800). After exposure the sheet can be pushed back into the cartridge through the slot to be developed in the camera.
