We created a custom dragon head for an Instant Pot, but it had one major flaw: it would lean too far forward, causing steam to shoot out the moment you turned it on. I took Loubie's fantastic Adalinda design and adapted it to create my own version. This new head sits perfectly upright, allowing you to leave it in place while cooking without any issues. It works seamlessly with the steam release nozzle that has a tab on the Instant Pot DUO60 v3 and DUO80 v2 models - and we're confident it will work just as well with other versions.
