I dedicate this creation to my then 8-month-old son, who is absolutely fascinated by those lights on the stove and once even managed to turn it on himself while the Instant Pot was still sitting there, completely unaware of the potential danger. This model accurately represents the bottom of an Instant Pot. Printing it might require some adjustments, depending on your printer's capabilities - you may need to modify the design in your slicer by removing the lower blocks to achieve a successful print. I've included both the Fusion 360 file and the STL for your convenience.
