To complete my fiancée's bathtub cleaning task before tomorrow night, I devised an efficient method. Instead of scrubbing the entire tub manually, I used a design from a previous print - an old gear (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6544) that didn't work due to my inability to hob a bolt. This time, I combined it with an M8 bolt, a scrubbing pad, and zip-ties in a bag for the perfect configuration. Manually assembling the tool according to the attached photos also works. However, exercise caution while using this power tool in a water-prone area and ensure safety measures are in place. The tool proved highly effective when used with a paste of water and cleaning agents like Comet or Ajax.
