Install Klipper

I wanted to try Klipper and after much research found it is not very easy for a non expert to get going. I viewed a great video by Nero 3dp on the process. https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=gfZ9Lbyh8qU&ab_channel=Nero3dp He is an expert and knows all of the steps and glosses over some that I needed more detail to perform correctly. I made this guide to accompany his video that includes steps that I think a beginner needs. The latest version v1.13.0 also has some changes in the process. The STL file is for a screen relocation mod to move the display on an Ender 5 I'm sure I have made some mistakes, so let me know if you find them. This is based on a BTT SKR mini e3-v2.0 and an Ender 5, but should get you started on any main board supported by Klipper. Thanks to Nero 3dp to all of the work he has done and his great videos. I have included a pritner.cnf file that you can review. It allows the stock Ender 5 display to work with the BTT board. you should be able to change other areas if needed, Please leave any questions or comments
