Update 2020 09 10 - Added a cage version without supports. Hola, Thanks to @cavirules for this incredible design. I needed to place the Rode Wireless Go microphone on top of it, so I made some adjustments: 1. Split the STL into separate parts for the cage and mounts, as I prefer to print every piece separately. 2. Added a cold shoe mount, long enough so the Rode microphone fits on top vertically, without getting in 360 footage. 3. Added a hole on the side, allowing you to remove the SD card without taking the camera out of the cage + giving access to plug in the microphone adapter. 4. Added custom supports for the shoe and the cable holding piece. There's a video on YouTube: https://youtu.be/XYTrkwBv1F4 I printed it both in PLA and PETG, and both work perfectly. My preferred layer height is 0.15mm. You'll need 2-2.5mmx27mm screws for assembly or do it as @cavirules did - use filament.
