I took the Insta360 GO camera and attached it to all sorts of quads, even tiny ones like micros and whoops. However, I soon realized that it needed some protection when mounted on lightweight gear, especially near the lens area, to prevent damage from scratches. So, I modified a full mount by cutting it into smaller pieces, trimming down certain areas and adding corner protection extensions with horns. The result is quite impressive. So far, I've successfully tested this setup on an extremely small quad - 1s 75mm whoop powered by 1102 motors - without any noticeable difference in performance.
